Hot Glass, Cool Collections (in the large gallery) was a showcase for  fantastic glass art from the homes of Houston collectors.  Works on view will represent the many styles and techniques of contemporary studio glass—including hand-blown, kiln-worked, torch-worked and cold-worked glass.  The show includes pieces by such world-renowned artists as Dale Chihuly, Dante Marioni, Michael Schunke, Lino Tagliapietra, Bertil Vallien,Toots Zinsky and others.
